Reed diffusers are a flameless way to scent your space. The reeds soak up the fragrance oil and disperse it into the air. Simply insert the reeds into the diffuser bottle, and flip them periodically for a stronger scent.

  • How long do reed diffusers last?

Reed diffusers typically last between 2 to 4 months, depending on the oil, bottle size, room temperature, airflow, and number of reed sticks.

  • Can I adjust the strength of the scent from my reed diffuser?

Yes! Use more reeds for a stronger scent or fewer reeds for a lighter scent. Flipping the reeds regularly can also intensify the fragrance.

  • Are your essential oils 100% pure?

Yes, all of our essential oils are 100% pure/naturally sourced and free from additives, fillers, and synthetic fragrances.

  • What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?

Essential oils are derived from natural plant sources, while fragrance oils can be synthetic or a blend of natural and synthetic components.

  • How do I clean up spilled diffuser oil?

Wipe up spills immediately with a paper towel and clean the surface with soap and water. Be cautious with wood or painted surfaces, as oil may cause damage.

  • Can I use essential oils directly on my skin?

Essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin without diluting them in a carrier oil (e.g., coconut or almond oil). Direct use may cause irritation.

  • Are your products safe for children and pets?

While our products are safe for general use, some essential oils and ingredients can be harmful to children and pets. Always use them in a well-ventilated area and keep them out of reach.

• Payment Methods: We accept Card Payments and Paypal . Payments must be completed before products are shipped.

• Shipping Policy: We ship to the United KIngdom only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

• Lost or Damaged Items: Please contact us within seven (7) of delivery if your order is lost or damaged. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

• Return Policy: We accept returns on unused, unopened products within  28 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@bahandiscens.com.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products or products marked as “Final Sale.”
